2015 Season: Achieved NJCAA Athletic all-American status after a 15th place finish at the national championship with a 5k time of 20:20.5 (PR)......Ran in all six races for Columbus State.....fastest 6k was 25:46.6 at Oberlin.

Prior to Columbus State: Ran for Coach Ken Kellner at Sidney. 

Personal: Major is associate of arts....daughter of Shirley and Chris Shepherd ... has three siblings, Samantha, Jody, and Taylor.
